Belma Cemalović, International Project Manager and Innovation Consultant at Science Park Graz / ESA BIC Austria, combines expertise in entrepreneurship, sustainability and leadership. With academic roots in digital entrepreneurship and experience across the NGO, banking and tech sectors, she supports young innovators in turning meaningful ideas into impactful ventures.

Peter Helesic, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Danube Angels, is one of the most active early-stage investment platforms in the CEE/DACH region. With deep expertise in startup investing, mentoring, international expansion, M&A and business scaling, he brings the investor’s view on what drives successful early-stage growth.

Reinhard Meier is Co-Founder & Managing Partner of YZR Capital. Reinhard loves supporting European health tech founders on their way to becoming global technology leaders. He has evolved from a practising physician to a tech entrepreneur and investor: He co‑founded telemedicine platform TeleClinic.com, which was sold to a public company in 2020. He has also supported the health‑tech start‑up ecosystem with various investment from his family office. Before that, he worked as Professor of Radiology and Director at a large hospital group after studying medicine and business administration in Munich, Nice/France and San Francisco/USA.

Together, they explore how founders can navigate the path from idea to investment — and what truly matters when building and scaling innovation across Europe.
