The contributor levels outlined below are designed to support the organisation and delivery of this event.
The event itself is strictly non-profit and conceived as a professional, community-driven format.

All listed elements are intended to provide appropriate visibility and meaningful integration of contributors within the event setting. They do not constitute marketable advertising or marketing services.

Your involvement in the event

• Participation of up to 2 representatives from your organisation in the professional exchange

• Opportunity to present your organisation on site within the networking area

• Logo placement in the event documentation (website and print materials)

• Opportunity to include informational materials in the goodie bag

Contribution fee:

• Members: EUR 500

• Non-members: EUR 1,000

Your involvement in the event

• Participation of up to 4 representatives from your organisation

• Enhanced visibility for your organisation within the networking area

• Opportunity to contribute a short professional impulse (up to 5 minutes) within the programme
  (content curated, no product or sales focus)

• Logo placement in the event environment (website and print materials)

• Mention in event-related communications

• Opportunity to include informational and accompanying materials in the goodie bag

Contribution fee:

• Members: EUR 1,000

• Non-members: EUR 2,000

Your involvement in the event

• Participation of up to 8 representatives from your organisation

• Prominent presence of your organisation within the networking area

• Opportunity to deliver a professional content contribution (up to 15 minutes)
  (content curated, no product or sales presentation)

• Increased visibility within the event environment and in accompanying communications

• Recognition as an official supporter of the event

• Opportunity for visible involvement within the event setting
  (e.g. reference “supported by …”)

• Additional non-exclusive integration opportunities, depending on the event format

Contribution fee:

• Members: EUR 5,000

• Non-members: EUR 8,000

Contributor fees are used exclusively to enable this non-commercial, professional community event.
The event does not pursue any profit-making objectives and is implemented in line with a broader location- and innovation-policy mandate.
All visibility elements are non-exclusive, clearly secondary to the event’s content, and serve to ensure transparency within the community. No marketable advertising or marketing services are provided.
